Summary

2022 was a year that wasn’t quiet as fantastical as 2021 but nonetheless there were some good developments. I was able to overcome my overzealous consumption of content on YouTube (ended up taking a long 4 month break at the end of the year); I made peace with the fact that gyms and football are no longer for me (running and home workouts suit me better); and I came to realise more of what works for me.
